Your role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operations during your shift and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities include

· Leading the daily operations of the restaurant

· Ensuring high-quality customer service and customer satisfaction

· Guiding and supporting staff during shifts

· Onboarding and training new employees

· Monitoring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

· Managing inventory and placing orders

· Handling customer feedback

· Developing operations and sales together with the team
