Restaurant Manager

Your role
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s business performance, daily operations, and customer experience. You will lead your team and develop operations in a goal-oriented manner.
Your responsibilities include:
Overall management of the restaurant
Ensuring smooth daily operations and high service quality
Overseeing kitchen operations together with the Head Chef
Responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall guest experience
Monitoring sales, profitability, and costs
Budgeting and achieving financial targets
Staff management, onboarding, and shift planning
Developing operations, service, and sales
Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and regulatory requirements
Inventory management and ordering
Collaboration with internal stakeholders
Participating in daily operations alongside the team

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
