Your role
As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for kitchen operations during your shift and ensuring smooth and high-quality food preparation.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading daily kitchen operations
Ensuring food quality and proper preparation according to recipe and portion cards
Supervising pre-preparation work and ingredient handling
Guiding and supporting staff during shifts
Onboarding new employees
Monitoring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Managing inventory and placing orders
Developing operations and kitchen processes together with the team
Participating in daily kitchen work
