Head Chef

Your role
As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for the kitchen’s operations, quality, and efficiency, and you will lead the kitchen team in their daily work.
Your responsibilities include:
Overall management of the kitchen
Ensuring daily operations and food quality
Supervising pre-preparation work, ingredient handling, and execution of recipe and portion cards
Managing purchasing, inventory, and costs
Ensuring availability of ingredients to meet operational needs
Shift planning and efficient use of resources
Staff management, onboarding, and support
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and regulatory requirements
Developing kitchen operations and processes
Collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and other parts of the organization
Participation in daily kitchen work
